USTelecom’s Blocking and Labeling Working Group developed a set of best practices relating to redress requests to provide guidance to carriers and analytics engines that respond to such requests, as well as create better awareness in the ecosystem about such practices. The best practices were developed through a collaborative effort of the working group, which includes carriers from across the ecosystem, analytics engines, and representatives of the calling community. The participants in the working group are listed below.
It is the intent of the working group to review the practices on a regular basis, and make updates as appropriate.
