Background: Vermont, the Department of Justice and USTelecom, CTIA, NCTA and ACA – representing America’s broadband providers – have today agreed to propose a delay in federal court litigation against Vermont’s internet bill while the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals continues consideration of Mozilla Corporation v. Federal Communications Commission. Vermont has also agreed not to enforce its net neutrality statute or executive order until that case is resolved.
