USTelecom CEO Jonathan Spalter recently penned an oped, “Broadband for All – Closing the Digital Divide,” in The Herald Sun supporting broadband connectivity in North Carolina and for all Americans across the country.
In his piece, Spalter praises Rep. G.K. Butterfield for championing broadband deployment and its value to North Carolina businesses, communities and families. Spalter stresses that the digital world collapses barriers, and with a strong broadband infrastructure, many communities across North Carolina and rural America can fully participate in the information economy.
